CHAPTER 576.
(House Bill 594)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 292-293 of Article 15 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Kent County", sub-title "Officers' Fees", said sections re-
lating to the form of accounts for officers' fees.

WHEREAS, the provisions of these sections are no longer ap-
plicable; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 292-293 of Article 15 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Kent County",
sub-title "Officers' Fees", be and they are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1943.

Approved May 4^ 1943.

CHAPTER 577.
(House Bill 596)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 1070, 1071, 1072 and 1073 of Article
4 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland and Charter
of Baltimore City (1938 Edition), title "Baltimore City",
sub-title "Streets, Bridges and Highways", sub-headings
"North Avenue", "York Road", "New Boundary Avenue",
and "Bridges and Highways".

WHEREAS, the provisions of these sections have long ceased
to have any application; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 1070, 1071, 1072 and 1073 of Article 4 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland and Charter of Balti-
more City (1938 Edition), title "Baltimore City"*, sub-title
"Streets, Bridges and Highways", sub-headings "North Ave-
nue", "York Road", "New Boundary Avenue", and "Bridges
and Highways", be and they are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1943.
