trailer^Enforceable by sale of the trailer or otherwise after
such notice to all persons having an interest in said trailer
and in such lawful manner as the County Commissioners may
prescribe.
313C. Any person operating or maintaining a trailer in
Calvert County without having secured a license, as required
by Section 313A, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon
conviction thereof, shall be fined not more than Twenty-Five
Dollars $25. 00) for each such violation.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1943.

AN ACT to repeal Section 89 of Article 2 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Anne Arun-
del County", sub-title "Annapolis", sub-heading "Annapolis
Water Company Charter", as said section was amended by
Chapter 534 of the Acts of 1931 and Chapter 98 of the Acts
of 1933 and to enact in lieu thereof a new section 89, pro-
viding that the Annapolis Water Company shall be man-
aged by the Mayor, Counselor and Aldermen of the City of
Annapolis.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 89 of Article 2 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Anne Arundel Coun-
ty", sub-title "Annapolis", sub-heading "Annapolis Water
Company Charter", as said section was amended by Chapter
534 of the Acts of 1931 and Chapter 98 of the Acts of 1933, be
and it is hereby repealed, and to enact in lieu thereof a new
Section 89 to read as follows:
89. The said Annapolis Water Company shall be managed
by the Mayor, Counselor and Aldermen of the City of Annap-
olis, and for that purpose the Mayor and Counselor and Alder-
men of said City is hereby invested with full and ample power
to manage the said Company, to collect water rents, to adopt
and enforce rules and regulations for the government of such
employees as it may find necessary and expedient to have, to
provide for the care and physical operation of the plant and
