CHAPTER 471.
(House Bill 273)

AN ACT to add a new section to Article 39 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1939 Edition), title "Non-tidal Waters",
sub-title "Angler's Licenses", to be known as Section 86A
and to follow immediately after Section 86 of said Article,
as said section was amended by Chapter 464 of the Acts of
1941, providing for the free issuance of Angler's licenses to
residents of Washington, Garrett and Allegany Counties
aged sixty-five years or over.

CHAPTER 472.
(House Bill 274)

AN ACT to add a new section to Article 99 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1939 Edition), title "Water Fowl—Birds
and Game", sub-title "Hunter's License", to be known as Sec-
tion 15A and to follow immediately after Section 15 of said
Article, as said Section was amended by Chapter 367 of the
Acts of 1941, providing for the free issuance of local Hunt-
er's licenses to residents of Washington, Garrett and Alle-
gany Counties aged sixty-five years or over.

AN ACT to repeal Section 151 of Article 22 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Wash-
ington County", sub-title "County Commissioners", as
amended by Chapter 439 of the Acts of 1941, relating to the
levy and payment of taxes and mailing of tax bills in Wash-
ington County.
