SEC. 2. And be it further* enacted, That this Act shall take

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sub-sec-
tions A and D of"Section 4, Sub-sections A and D of Section
6, Sub-section (i) of Section 22, Sections 30, 31, 49, 59
and 60 of Article 2B of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(19, 39 Edition), title "Alcoholic Beverages", sub-titles
"Beer Licenses", "Beer, Wine and Liquor License",
"Licenses", "Excise Tax", "Revocation and Suspension
of Licenses", "Boards of License Commissioners", Sec-
tion 22 having been amended by Chapters 714 and 849
of the Acts of 1941, to add Sub-section (k) to Section 22
of said Article 2B, Sections 41C, 51A and 63A to
said Article 2B, and to repeal Section 99 of said Article
2B, as enacted by Chapter 846 of 1941, to repeal Chap-
ters 314 of the Acts of 1935 and 252 of the Acts of 1937
relating to the sale and distribution of beer in Garrett
County, to repeal Chapters 92 of the Acts of 1937, 208
of the Acts of 1939 and 233 of the Acts of 1941, relating
to the sale of alcoholic beverages in Howard County,
including Garrett and Howard Counties under the pro-
visions of said Article 2B, with certain special provisions
as to said counties.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Sub-sections A and D of Section 4, Sub-sec-
tions A and D of Section 6, Sub-section (i) of Section 22,
Sections 30, 31, 49, 59 and 60 of Article 2B of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1939 Edition), title "Alcoholic Bever-
ages", sub-titles "Beer Licenses", "Beer, Wine and Liquor
License", "Licenses", "Excise Tax", "Revocation and Sus-
pension of Licenses", "Boards of License Commissioners",
Section 22 having been amended by Chapters 714 and 849
of the Acts of 1941, be and they are hereby repealed and
re-enacted, with amendments, that Sub-section (k) be and
it is hereby added to Section 22 of said Article 2B, and
that Sections 41C, 51A and 63A be and they are here-
by added to said Article 2B, and all to read as follows:
