this Act, the sum of Three Thousand Dollars ($3, 000. 00) for
the compilation and publication of a new edition of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Prince George's County.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That the County Com-
missioners of Prince George's County are hereby authorized to
sell copies of said Code at such price as, in their judgment,
seems proper. All monies received from the sale of said Code
shall be paid into the general funds of the treasury of Prince
George's County.

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act is hereby
declared to be an emergency law and necessary for the im-
mediate preservation of the public health and safety, and
having been passed by a yea and nay vote, supported by three-
fifths of all the members elected to each of the two Houses of
the General Assembly, the same shall take effect from the date
of its passage.

CHAPTER 468.
(House Bill 552)

AN ACT to add a new section to Article 17 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Prince
George's County", sub-title, "Washington Suburban Sanitary
District"; said new section to be known as Section 1014C,
adding to the Washington Suburban Sanitary District an
area containing 137 acres of land in Oxon Hill District in
Prince George's County, Maryland.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That a new section be and it is hereby added to Article 17
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
title "Prince George's County", said new section to be known
as Section 1014C, and to follow immediately after Section
1014B (Chapter 892 of the Acts of 1941), said new section to
read as follows:

1014C. The following area is hereby added to the Washing-
ton Suburban Sanitary District:

Beginning for the same at a stone marked "B" on the East
line of the whole tract and running thence South %° East
40-6/10 perches to a stone at the root of a small dogwood tree;
thence North 89y2° West 90 perches to a stake; thence North
