CHAPTER 455.
(House Bill 465)
AN ACT to add a new section to the Code of Public Local Laws
of "Montgomery County (1939 Edition), the same being Arti-
cle 16 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930
Edition), title "Montgomery County", sub-title "Rock-
ville", said new section to be known as Section 905B, to
follow immediately after Section 905A of said Code of Pub-
lic Local Laws of Montgomery County, to extend the bound-
aries of the Town of Rockville in Montgomery County.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That a new section be and it is hereby added to the Code
of Public Local Laws of Montgomery County (1939 Edition),
the same being Article 16' of the Code of Public Local Laws
of Maryland, title "Montgomery County", sub-title "Rock-
ville", said section to be known as Section 905B, to follow
immediately after Section 905A of said Code of Public Local
Laws of Montgomery County, and to read as follows:
905B. The boundaries of the Town of Rockville are hereby
extended to include the following area which is added to said
Town. Beginning at a point on the original corporate line of
Rockville where said line is intersected by a line parallel to and
one hundred and fifty feet easterly from the east line of Mon-
roe Street and running thence with said parallel line in a
southerly direction to intersect a line produced parallel to and
one hundred and fifty feet southerly from the south line of
Argyle Street between Monroe Street and Maryland Avenue,
and running thence with said parallel line in a northwesterly
direction to intersect the present corporate line of Rockville
on the southeast line of Maryland Avenue.
That all of the territory hereby annexed to the Town of
Rockville shall after June 1, 1943, be subject to all the laws,
ordinances and regulations of said Town.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1943.
