in two newspapers in both Prince George's and Montgomery
Counties that such rules and regulations have been adopted
and that copies thereof are available to those interested.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That any person, firm or
corporation who shall violate any of said rules or regulations
so adopted shall, upon conviction by any Court of competent
jurisdiction, be fined not more than f 100. 00 or be imprisoned
not more than Thirty (30) days, or both fined and im-
prisoned in the discretion of the Court.
SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect on June 1, 1943.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 294
of Article 15 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland
(1930 Edition), title "Kent County", sub-title "Orphans'
Court", as said section was amended by Chapter 290 of the
Acts of 1931, relating to the compensation of the Judges of
the Orphans' Court for Kent County.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 294 of Article 15 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Kent County",
sub-title "Orphans' Court", as said section was amended by
Chapter 290 of the Acts of 1931, be and it is hereby repealed
and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:
294. The Judges of the Orphans' Court of Kent County
shall each receive the sum of Ten Dollars ($10. 00) for every
day's attendance upon the sessions of said Court but the
Chief Judge shall receive Twelve Dollars and Fifty Cents
($12. 50) for each day's attendance upon the sessions of said
Court, to be paid by the County Commissioners of said Kent
County in quarterly payments, and in addition thereto there
shall be paid to the said Judges the sum of five cents (5^)
per mile for each mile traveled by them in going to and
returning from the said sessions of the Orphans? Court, to
be paid by the said County Commissioners of Kent County
upon the certificates of the Register of Wills for said County;
provided, that no judge of said Court shall receive in any
