899-A. It shall be unlawful for any person or persons,
association, or corporation to park or otherwise leave un-
attended upon any public street or thoroughfare within
Montgomery County any vehicle, motor or otherwise, used
for the hauling or transporting of any garbage, trash, junk
or other refuse for any period of time in excess of that which
is necessary in the loading or unloading of such vehicle.
Any violation of this section shall constitute a misdemeanor
and any person or persons, association, or corporation con-
victed thereof before any court of competent jurisdiction
shall be punishable by a fine of not less than Five Dollars
or more than Fifty Dollars, or by imprisonment for not
less than thirty days nor more than ninety, days, or both,
in the discretion of the Court.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1st, 1943.

(House Bill 100)
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sections
752, 753, 754 and 755 of Article 4 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland and Baltimore City Charter (1938 Edi-
tion), title "Baltimore City", sub-title "Landlord and
Tenant", Sections 753 and 754 having been amended by
Chapter 742 of the Acts of 1939, and to add six new sections
to said Article, said new sections to be known as Sections
752A to 752F, inclusive, and to follow immediately after
Section 752 of said Article, relating to repossession of
premises by landlord and providing for service of summons
by registered mail.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 752, 753, 754 and 755 of Article 4 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland and Baltimore City
Charter (1938 Edition), title "Baltimore City", sub-title
"Landlord and Tenant", Sections 753 and 754 having been
amended by Chapter 742 of the Acts of 1939, be and they are
hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, and that
six new sections be and they are hereby added to said Article,
said new sections to be known as Sections 752A to 752-F, in-
clusive, to follow immediately after Section 752 of said Article,
and to read as follows:
