etc.
Whereas, the provisions of these sections are no longer
necessary or applicable; therefore
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Sections 171-173, inclusive, of Article 1 of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edi-
tion), title "Allegany County", sub-title "Fences", be and
they are hereby repealed.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1943.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section
165 of Article 22 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Washington County",
sub-title "County Commissioners", sub-heading "Li-
brary", as said section was amended by Chapter 565 of
the Acts of 1941, and to repeal and re-enact, with
amendments, Section 382 of said Article, title "Washing-
ton County", sub-title "Hagerstown", sub-heading "Li-
brary", as said section was amended by Chapter 565 of
the Acts of 1941, relating to the amounts which may be
appropriated by the County Commissioners and by the
Mayor and Council of Hagerstown to the Washington
County Free Library.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 165 of Article 22 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Washington County", sub-title "County Commissioners",
sub-heading "Library", as said section was amended by
Chapter 565 of the Acts of 1941, be and it is hereby re-
pealed and re-enacted, with amendments, and that Section
382 of said Article, title "Washington County", sub-title
"Hagerstown", sub-heading "Library", as said section was
amended by Chapter 565 of the Acts of 1*941, be and it is
hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, and all
