applicant personally for at least one year next preceding
the date of the application.

(f) Hold a Maryland State Chauffeur's License and have
resided in Maryland for six months prior to making appli-
cation.

381A. Application for taxicab driver's license must be
filed at the Taxicab Bureau which shall be located in the
Police Building in Baltimore or such other place as the
Police Commissioner shall designate, and must be accom-
panied by the required license fee. Such application shall
be on a form provided by the Taxicab Bureau and must be
sworn to before a Notary Public and contain the follow-
ing information concerning the applicant; a statement giv-
ing full name, residence, places of residence for five years
previous to present address, age, color, height, color of
eyes and hair, place of birth, length of time applicant has
resided in Maryland, whether a citizen of the United
States, places of previous employment, whether married
or single and whether ever convicted of a felony.

381B. Each applicant for a driver's license shall be
finger-printed and shall then be examined by a physician
approved by the Police Commissioner as to physical con-
dition, the cost thereof to be paid by the applicant. The
applicant shall also be examined by the Supervisor of the
Taxicab Bureau as to knowledge of the provisions of this
sub-title, the traffic regulations of Baltimore City, and the
geography of the City, and, if the result of any of the
examinations are unsatisfactory, a license shall be refused
and the fee refunded to the applicant.

381C. Each applicant for a driver's license must file
with the application two recent photographs, of a size
which may be easily attached to the license, one of which
shall be attached to the license when issued, the other shall
be filed with the application in the Taxicab Bureau.

381D. Upon satisfactory fulfillment of the requirements
of this sub-title, there shall be issued to the applicant a
license, which shall be in such form as the Taxicab Bureau
may direct and shall at all times be in the driver's pos-
session when operating a taxicab. Any licensee who de-
faces, removes or obliterates any official entry made upon
the license shall be punished by the suspension or revoca-
tion of the license as hereafter provided. Drivers' licenses
shall be valid to and including the thirty-first day of March
next succeeding the date of issuance and will then lapse
unless renewed.
