381E. There shall be delivered to each licensed driver
a badge of such form and style as the Taxicab Bureau may
prescribe, with the license number thereon, which must
be constantly and conspicuously displayed on the outside
of the driver's coat when engaged in operating a taxicab.

381F. The Taxicab Bureau may renew a driver's
license, from year to year, by appropriate endorsement
thereon. A driver in applying for a renewal of license
shall make such application, upon a form to be furnished
by the Taxicab Bureau entitled "Application for Renewal
of License", which shall be filled out with the full name
and address of the applicant, together with a statement
of the date upon which the original license was granted
and the number thereof.

381G. The following license fees shall be paid by the
applicant; for each original license, $2. 00; for each re-
newal thereof, $1. 00. Payment shall be made to the Taxi-
cab Bureau and the Supervisor of the Taxicab Bureau shall
remit all such payments to the City Collector of Baltimore.

381H. There shall be kept in the Taxicab Bureau a
complete record of each license issued to a driver, and of
all renewals, suspensions and revocations thereof, which
record shall be kept on file with the original application of
the driver for a license.

381-1. Every licensee while driving a taxicab shall:

(a) Accept as passenger and convey where directed any
orderly person, upon request, unless previously engaged or
unable or forbidden by the provisions of this sub-title or
by other valid law or regulation to do so.

(b) Keep a current written record of all trips on a form
approved by the Taxicab Bureau, to be completed at or
before reaching destination.

(e) Report to the Taxicab Bureau all accidents on a
form provided by the Bureau.

(d) Report each change of residence within 48 hours to
the Taxicab Bureau.

(e) Answer promptly all communications and sum-
monses received from the Taxicab Bureau.

(f) Deliver all fares and all other legal charges received
to the owner.

(g) Not operate a taxicab while the driver's license is
suspended.
