of 1941, title "Unemployment Compensation, " sub-title
"Disqualification for Benefits, " and in lieu thereof to
enact a new sub-section (£), so as to limit benefits in
cases of pregnancy; to repeal and re-enact, with amend-
ments, sub-section (b) of Section 8 of Article 95A of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1939 Ed. ) as amended by
Chapters 17. and 385 of the Acts of 1941, title "Unem-
ployment Compensation, " sub-title "Period, Election^
and Termination of Employer's Coverage, " so that said
sub-section shall conform to the Unemployment Com-
pensation Law as amended; to repeal and re-enact, with
amendments, sub-section (b) of Section 14 of Article
95A of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1939 Ed. ) as
amended by Chapters 17 and 385 of the Acts of 1941,
title "Unemployment Compensation, " sub-title "Collec-
tion of Contributions, " sub-title "Refunds, " so as to make
uniform the time within which refunds may be made.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That sub-section (b) (1, ) of Section 3 of Article
95A of the Annotated Code of Maryland (19, 39 Ed. ) as
amended by Chapters 17 and 385 of the Acts of 1941, title
"Unemployment Compensation, " sub-title "Benefits, " sub-
title "Weekly Benefit Amount, " be and the same is hereby
repealed and re-enacted, with amendments; That sub-sec-
tion (e) of Section 3 of Article 95A of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1939 Ed. ) as amended by Chapters 17
and 385 of the Acts of 1941, title "Unemployment Compen-
sation, " sub-title "Benefits, " sub-title "Duration of Bene-
fits, " be, and the same is hereby repealed and re-enacted,
with amendments; That sub-section (d) (2) of Section 3
of Article 95A of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1939
Ed. ) as amended by Chapters 17 and 385 of the Acts of
1941, title "Unemployment Compensation, " sub-title* "Ben-
efits, " sub-title "Benefits after Termination of Military
Service, " be and the same is hereby repealed and re-enacted,
with amendments; That sub-section (d) (4) of Section 3
of Article 95A of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1939
Ed. ) as amended by Chapters 17 and 385 of the Acts of
1941, title "Unemployment Compensation, " sub-title "Ben-
efits, " sub-title "Benefits after Termination of Military
Service, " be, and the same is hereby repealed and re-
enacted, with amendments; That sub-section (e, ) of Section
4 of Article 95A of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1939
Ed. ) as amended by Chapters 17 and 385 of the Acts of
1941, title "Unemployment Compensation, " sub-title "Ben-
efit Eligibility Conditions, " be, and the same is hereby re-
pealed and re-enacted, with amendments; That sub-section
