424 LAWS OF MARYLAND. [CH. 388

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Sections 506 and 507 of Article 12 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
title "Garrett County", sub-title "Sunday Observance", be
and they are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1943.

Approved April 2, 1943.

CHAPTER 387.
(Senate Bill 344)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 466-485, inclusive, of Article 12
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930
Edition), title "Garrett County", sub-title "Roads".

Whereas, the provisions of these sections are no longer
applicable; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Sections 466-485, inclusive, of Article 12
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edi-
tion), title "Garrett County", sub-title "Roads", be and
they are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1943.

Approved April 2, 1943.

CHAPTER 388.
(Senate Bill 348)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 338 and 339 of Article 12 of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edi-
tion), title "Garrett County", sub-title "Livery Stables",
relating to the licensing of livery stables.

Whereas, the provisions of these sections are no longer
applicable; therefore
