HERBERT R. O'CONOR, GOVERNOR. ' 423

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Sections 486-492, inclusive, of Article 12
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edi-
tion), title "Garrett County", sub-title "Schools", be and
they are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1943.

Approved April 2, 1943.

CHAPTER 385.
(Senate Bill 342)

AN ACT to repeal Sections. 513-520 of Article 12 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
title "Garrett County", sub-title "Trespass".

Whereas, the general laws relating to trespass seem to
make the provisions of these sections unnecessary; there-
fore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Sections 513-520 of Article 12 of the Code
of Public Local Laws (1930 Edition), title "Garrett
County", sub-title "Trespass", be and they are hereby
repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1943.

Approved April 2, 1943.

CHAPTER 386.
(Senate Bill 343)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 506 and 507 of Article 12 of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edi-
tion), title "Garrett County", sub-title "Sunday Observ-
ance", said sections relating to hunting and fishing in
Garrett County on Sunday.

Whereas, the general Fish and Game Laws have super-
seded the provisions of these sections; therefore
