they are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1943.

CHAPTER 383.
(Senate Bill 336')

AN ACT to repeal Sections 232 to 245, inclusive, of Article
12 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930
Edition), title "Garrett County, " sub-title "Justices of
the Peace and Constables, " relating to Justices of the
Peace and Constables in Garrett County.

Whereas, the State-wide law relating to Trial Magis-
trates and the other provisions of Article 52 of the Anno-
tated Code of Maryland have superseded the provisions
of the above mentioned Sections; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Sections 232 to 245, inclusive, of Article
12 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930
Edition), title "Garrett County, " sub-title "Justices of the
Peace and Constables, " be and they are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1943.

Approved April 2, 1943.

CHAPTER 384.
(Senate Bill 341)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 486-492, inclusive, of Article
12 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930
Edition), title "Garrett County", sub-title "Schools".

Whereas, the provisions of the above-mentioned sections
have been superseded by the general School Laws and are
no longer necessary; therefore
