Houses of the General Assembly, the same shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

AN ACT to repeal Sections 152 and 152A of Article 12
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930
Edition), title "Garrett County, " sub-title "Dogs, " relat-
ing to the licensing of dogs in Garrett County.

Whereas, the provisions of these sections have been su-
perseded by the State-wide law and are no longer neces-
sary; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 152 and 152A of Article 12 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
title "Garrett County, " sub-title "Dogs, " be and they are
hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1943.

AN ACT to repeal Sections 175 to 178, inclusive, of Article
12 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930
Edition), title "Garrett County, " sub-title "Fences, "
said Sections relating to fences in Garrett County and
liability for certain injuries to cattle, and so forth.

Whereas, the provisions of these sections are no longer
applicable or necessary; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Sections 175 to 178, inclusive, of Article 12
