CHAPTER 363.
(House Bill 467)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section
119 of Article 14 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Mary-
land (1930 Edition), title "Howard County7', sub-title
"Election Officers", providing for the payment of the salary
to the Clerk to the Board of Election Supervisors of Howard
County annually.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 119 of Article 14 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Howard
County", sub-title "Election Officers", be and it is hereby re-
pealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

119. The Clerk to the Board of Election Supervisors of
Howard County shall be paid by the County Commissioners
of Howard County an annual salary of Three Hundred Dol-
lars ($300), the same to be paid the said Clerk annually.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1943.

Approved April 30, 1943.

CHAPTER 364.
(House Bill 474)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section
77A of Article 14 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Mary-
land (1930 Edition), title "Howard County", sub-title
"County Commissioners", as said section was amended by
Chapter 364 of the Acts of 1937, providing for an increased
traveling allowance for the Sheriff of Howard County.
