CHAPTER 352.
(House Bill 355)
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 2
of Chapter 50 of the Acts of the General Assembly of Mary-
land of 1937, to alter the provisions for meetings of the
Police Commissioners for Prince George's County.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 2 of Chapter 50 of the Acts of the General
Assembly of Maryland of 1937, be, and it is hereby repealed
and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:
2. That the County Commissioners of Prince George's
County shall ex-officio constitute the Police Commissioners for
Prince George's County and as such shall meet at least once in
each and every month and at such other times as may in their
judgment be necessary. They shall each receive an additional
sum of Two Hundred (f200. 00) Dollars per annum for their
services as such police commissioners, shall appoint such ad-
ditional clerical help as may in their discretion be necessary
to properly carry out their duties, shall be authorized when
necessary to employ the services of a physician and a stenog-
rapher and shall call upon their attorney for such legal advice
and legal services as they may need at such additional com-
pensation as they may in their judgment determine.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted. That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1943.

CHAPTER 353.
(House Bill 356)
AN ACT to add two new sections to Article 17 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Prince George's Coun-
ty", sub-title "County Commissioners", said new sections to
be known as Sections 329A and 329B and to follow immedi-
ately after Section 329 of said Article, providing for the
regulation of parking of motor vehicles on, and the general
use of, roadways in property owned by the said County.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That two new sections be, and they are hereby, added to
