(|15. 00) to be paid by the County Commissioners of said
county in quarterly payments on the first Tuesday in the
months of October, January, April and July in each year; and
the County Commissioners of said county at the time for their
annual levy shall levy upon the assessable property of the said
county a sum sufficient to pay the salaried of the judges of the
Orphans' Court as above provided..

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1943.

CHAPTER 350.
(House Bill 353)

AN ACT to add a new sub-title and a new section to Article 17
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, (1930 Edi-
tion), title "Prince George's County'', said new sub-title to
be known as "Local. Board of Health" and said new section
to be known as Section 719A, and both the new sub-title and
the new section to follow immediately after Section 719 of
said Article, providing for the salary of the members of the
local Board of Health of said County.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That a new sub-title and a new section be, and they are
hereby, added to Article 17 of the Code of Public Local Laws
of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Prince George's County",
said new sub-title to be known as "Local Board of Health" and
said new section to be known as Section 719A, and both the
new sub-title and the new section to follow immediately after
Section 719 of said Article, and to read as follows:

LOCAL BOARD OF HEALTH.

719A. The Board of County Commissioners of Prince
George's County, Maryland, shall each receive a sum of Three
Hundred Dollars ($300. 00) per year, payable monthly, for
their services as members of the Local Board of Health of said
County, in addition to other compensation received by them
for all other services as members of the Board of County Com-
missioners and as ex officio members of other Boards.

SEC. 2. And J)e it further enacted, That this Act shall take-
effect June 1, 1943.
