Whereas, the provisions of these sections are no longer
applicable; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Sections 239-241, inclusive, of Article 8
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edi-
tion), title "Cecil County", sub-title "Licenses to Sell Car-
riages not Made in this State", be and they are hereby
repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1943.

Approved March 31, 1943.

CHAPTER 342.
(Senate Bill 317)

AN ACT to add a new section to Article 16 of the Anno-
tated Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1939 Edi-
tion), title "Montgomery County", sub-title "Circuit
Court", said new section to be under sub-heading
"Auditor", to be known as Section 160A and to follow
immediately after Section 160 of said Article 16, pro-
viding for the compensation of the Auditor of the Cir-
cuit Court for Montgomery County.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That a new section be and it is hereby added
to Article 16 of the Annotated Code of Public Local Laws
of Maryland (1939 Edition), title "Montgomery County",
sub-title "Circuit Court", said new section to be under the
sub-heading "Auditor", to be known as Section 160A and
to follow immediately after Section 160 of said Article
16, and to read as follows:

160A. The Auditor of the Circuit Court for Montgom-
ery County shall be allowed a minimum charge of Ten
Dollars ($10. 00) for each and every cause audited and
reported to the Court, and such additional charge as may
be in keeping with proper compensation for services ren-
dered in stating, auditing or settling any such cause or
account, and as may be approved by the Court upon final
