CHAPTER 271.
(Senate Bill 303)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 270-279, inclusive, of Article 2
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edi-
tion), title "Anne Arundel County, " sub-title "Fences, "
relating to certain party or adjoining fences.

WHEREAS, the provisions of these sections are no longer
necessary; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Sections 270-279, inclusive, of Article 2 of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
title "Anne Arundel County, " sub-title "Fences, " be and
they are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1943.

Approved March 31, 1943.

CHAPTER 272.
(Senate Bill 307)

AN ACT to repeal Section 173 of Article 2 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Anne Arundel County", sub-title "Brooklyn", making
it unlawful to ride or drive an animal over the highways
in the limits of Brooklyn and South Baltimore at a rate
of speed exceeding eight miles per hour.

WHEREAS, the provisions of this section are no longer
applicable; therefore

SECTION 1. Be U enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 173 of Article 2 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Anne
Arundel County", sub-title "Brooklyn", be and it is hereby
repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1943.
