WHEREAS, the provisions of these sections have not been in
effect for many years and are no longer applicable; therefore

SECTION 1. Be U enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 1 to 26, inclusive, of Article 14 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "How-
ard County", sub-title "Almshouse", be and they are hereby
repealed.

SEC, 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1943.

CHAPTER 244.
(House Bill 395)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 106 to 115, inclusive, of Article 14
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edi-
tion), title "Howard County", sub-title "Dogs", relating to
the licensing of dogs in Howard County.

WHEREAS, the provisions of these sections have been super-
seded by the State-wide dog law and are no longer applicable;
therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 106 to 115, inclusive, of Article 14 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Howard County", sub-title "Dogs", be and they are hereby
repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1943.
