annexed to and constituted a part of the sixth election
district of Montgomery County.

Beginning for the same at the intersection of the Rock-
ville-Darnestown pike and the county road adjoining the
farm of Thomas Garrett, thence with the Rockville-
Darnestown pike in a southerly direction to the intersection
of the said pike and the Hunting Hill, to Travilah Road at
Davis's store, thence with the Hunting Hill-Travilah Road
to a point 427. 60 feet westerly from the Piney Meeting
House Road, thence along the west line of the V. Buch
Property as described in Liber 858, Folio 132, among the
land records of Montgomery County, Maryland, thence
south two degrees west 453. 78 feet to intersect the north-
erly line of the Gordon D. Beam Property described in
Liber 344 Folio 236, among the land records of said County,
thence along said northerly line of said Beam Property
in a easterly direction to a point in the Piney Meeting
House Road where it is intersected by the present dividing
line between the Rockville and Potomac Districts, thence in
a straight line with the present dividing line between the
Rockville and Potomac Election Districts to a point in the
said Hunting Hill to Travilah Road where it is intersected
by a small branch, thence with the Hunting Hill to Tra-
vilah Road with the present line dividing the Rockville
and Darnestown District to a point where the said road is
intersected by a county road leading to the farm of Thomas
Garrett, thence with said county road and the present
dividing line between the fourth and sixth election dis-
tricts to the point of beginning.

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That all that portion
of the tenth election district of Montgomery County, as
heretofore constituted, included within the following lines,
limits and boundaries mentioned in this Act, is hereby
annexed to and constituted a part of the sixth election
district of Montgomery County:

Beginning for the same at a point on the present divid-
ing line between the fourth and tenth election districts
where it is intersected by the Piney Meeting House Road,
thence with the Piney Meeting House Road to where it is
intersected by the Glen-Travilah Road, thence with the
Glen-Travilah Road to where it is intersected by the Green-
briar Branch, thence with the said Greenbriar Branch to
where it joins the Sandy Branch and present line dividing
the sixth and tenth election district. Thence with present
line and said Sandy Branch to where it crosses the Hunting
Hill to Travilah Road, thence in a straight line to the
beginning.
