title "Sheriff, " as said section was amended by Chapter
409 of the Acts of 1941, relating to the service of process
in criminal and civil cases issued by the trial magistrates
of Somerset County.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 395A of Article 20 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Somerset County, " sub-title "Sheriff, " as said section was
amended by Chapter 409 of the Acts of 1941, be and it is
hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read
as follows:
395A. The Sheriff of Somerset County, his Chief
Deputy and all other deputies of said County are hereby
authorized, directed and required to serve all process
in criminal and civil cases issued by the Trial Magistrates
for said Somerset County, except that within the corporate
limits of Crisfield and Princess Anne, process in criminal
and civil cases issued by the trial magistrates may be
served either by the Sheriff and his deputies or by the
police officers of said towns and no other police officer,
other than the police officers of Crisfield and Princess Anne
within the limits of Somerset County shall hereafter render
any bills to the County Commissioners of said Somerset
County for the service of criminal and civil process or crim-
inal and civil write issued by the Trial Magistrates afore-
said.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1943.

AN ACT to annex a portion of the fourth election district
to the tenth election district of Montgomery County, and
a portion of the fourth election district to the sixth elec-
tion district of Montgomery County, and a portion of the
tenth election district to the sixth election district of
Montgomery County.
