the issuance of the order of publication hereinafter provided,
there shall be an additional Two Dollars ($2. 00) charged to
each piece of real estate so sold and unredeemed, provided,
that where two or more pieces of real estate are owned by the
same owner or owners, there shall be but one charge of Two
Dollars ($2. 00) upon such pieces of real estate, and these
charges shall be included in the report of sale of the Treas-
urer of the Town of District Heights as a charge upon such
real estate.

Sub-section (F) of Section 10. That said registration shall
be conducted on the two days named, between the hours of 1. 00
o'clock P. M., and 10. 00 o'clock P. M., at the regular meeting
place of the District Heights Commission, unless said Com-
mission shall, by resolution entered in the minute books of said
Commission, appoint a different place.

Sub-section (L) of Section 10. That annually on the first
Monday in May, if not a legal holiday and if said first Monday
in May is a legal holiday, then on the day following, said Board
of Election Supervisors shall conduct an election by ballot
for the election of the Commissioners to constitute and be the
District Heights Commission until their successors shall have
been elected and qualified. For each election there shall be one
voting place in said town, and the polls shall be open and the
ballots cast between the hours of 1. 00 o'clock P. M., and
10. 00 o'clock P. M. At the first election following the passage
of this Act each registered voter shall be allowed to vote for
three candidates and the person receiving the highest number
of votes for Commissioner shall serve for three years, the per-
son receiving the second highest number of votes shall serve for
two years, and the person receiving the third highest number
of votes shall serve for one year. That annually thereafter, on
the first Monday in May (if not a legal holiday, and if a legal
holiday on the day following), said Board of Election Super-
visors shall hold an election by ballot to elect a Commissioner
whose term shall be for three years to succeed the Commis-
sioner whose term expires at that time.

SEC. 2. And be It further enacted, That all Acts and parts
of Acts inconsistent with any of the provisions of this Act are
hereby repealed to the extent of their inconsistency.

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act is hereby
declared to be an emergency law and necessary for the imme-
diate preservation of the public health and safety, and being
passed by a yea and nay vote supported by three-fifths (3/5)
of all the members elected to each of the two Houses of the
