section to be known as Sub-section (dd) of said section, to
follow immediately after Sub-section (d) of said section, and
to read as follows:

61. (dd) Between the first day of February and the thirtieth
day of October of each year, both dates inclusive, no person
may take alive, or keep in captivity any live skunk, except that
live skunks may be kept in captivity for propagation purposes
upon securing a permit from the State Game Warden. The
provisions of this section shall apply only in Washington
County.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1943.

CHAPTER 198.
(House Bill 230)

AN ACT to repeal Section 38 of Article 6 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Caroline
County", sub-title "Bridges77, sub-heading "Dover Bridge",
said section relating to passing over Dover Bridge, free of
any toll or exaction.

WHEREAS,, the provisions of this section are no longer neces-
sary; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land., That Section 38 of Article 6 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Caroline County", sub-
title "Bridges", sub-heading "Dover Bridge", be and it is here-
by repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted? That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1943.

Approved March 26, 1943.
