(b) Whenever the name of any person, who has made appli-
cation for or obtained an operator's or chauffeur's license or
the registration of a vehicle or a certificate of title, is there-
after changed by marriage or otherwise such person shall
within thirty (30) days notify the Department of such former
and new name, on a form furnished by the Department where-
upon the Department shall issue a corrected title and regis-
tration certificate and license without charge.

(e) Whenever any person holding an unrevoked and un-
suspended motor vehicle operator's license is required to sub-
mit such license to the Commissioner of Motor Vehicles for
the purpose of recording a change of address or for any other
purpose, the Commissioner may, in his discretion, issue to
such person without a charge a temporary operator's license
to be valid for not more than fifteen (15) days from the date
of issuance.

(d) Violation of this section shall be deemed to be a mis-
demeanor and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine not
exceeding Ten ($10. 00) Dollars.

32. LOST OR DAMAGED CERTIFICATE OF TITLE, REGISTRA-
TION CERTIFICATES AND REGISTRATION PLATES, (a) In the
event any certificate of title is lost, mutilated, or becomes
illegible, the owner of the vehicle for which the same was issued,
as shown by the records of the Department, shall immediately
make application for and may obtain upon payment of fees
prescribed in sub-section "f" of this section, a duplicate upon
the applicant furnishing information satisfactory to the De-
partment. Upon issuance of any duplicate certificate of title,
legally obtained, the previous certificate last issued shall be
void.

(b) In the event any registration certificate is muti-
lated or becomes illegible, the owner of the vehicle for which
the same was issued, shall make immediate application for and
may obtain a duplicate of said certificate of registration with-
out charge upon furnishing satisfactory information to the
Department.

(e) In the event any registration plate is mutilated, or be-
comes illegible the owner of the vehicle, for which the same
was issued, shall make immediate application for and may
obtain upon surrender of old plates a substitute registration
under a new registration number, upon the applicant furnish-
ing information satisfactory to the Department and upon pay-
ment of the fees prescribed in sub-section 'f" of this section.

(d) In the event only one registration plate shall have be-
come lost, mutilated or illegible the owner of said vehicle, for
