(2) With respect to alcoholic beverage licenses established
lor Anne Arundel County, the following restrictions, limita-
tions and regulations shall be in effect:

(a) All licenses for Anne Arundel County shall be issued by
the Clerk of the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County, and
shall authorize the holder thereof to keep for pale and sell at
retail the kind or kinds of alcoholic beverages, and during the
hours, and days as hereinafter set forth, and the annual fees for
such licenses shall be as set forth opposite each class of license
in Section 3A hereof.

(b) The hours during which sales of alcoholic beverages may
be made under Class BP, Class WP, and Class LP licenses
shall be from 6 A. M. until 12 o'clock midnight, of each day,
except, however, that no sales may be made on Sunday under
such licenses.

(e) The hours during which sales of alcoholic beverages
may be made under Class BC, BT, BTM, WC, WT and BR, WR
and WTM licenses shall be from 6 A. M. until 12 o'clock mid-
night, of each day.

(d) The hours during which sales of alcoholic beverages
may be made under Class LC, LT, LTM, LR and LED licenses
shall be from 6 A. M. until 2 A. M. of the day following.

(e) Class BP, WP, and LP licenses shall permit the holder
thereof to sell alcoholic beverages in any quantity to any
consumers, at the place therein described, and to deliver the
same in a sealed package or container, which package or con-
tainer shall not be opened nor its contents consumed on the
premises where sold.

(f) Class BC, WC and LC licenses shall authorize the holder
thereof to sell to bona fide members and their guests, at any
club, at the place therein described, for consumption on the
premises only.

(g) Class BT, BTM, BB, WT, WTM, WE, LT, LTM, LR

and LRD licenses shall authorize the holder thereof to sell
alcoholic beverages at the place therein described, for con-
sumption on the premises or elsewhere.

(h) Class BP, BC, BT, BTM and BR licenses shall author-
ize the holders thereof to sell beer only.

(i) Class WP, WC, WT, WTM and WE licenses shall author-
ize the holders thereof to sell beer and light wines only.

(j) Class LP, LC, LT, LTM, LR and LRD licenses shall
authorize the holders thereof to sell all alcoholic beverages.
