(k) No holder of any class of alcoholic beverage license shall
permit the playing of music of any kind, nor dancing, floor
shows, nor any other similar type of entertainment, except as.
set forth opposite the several classes of licenses established for
Anne Arundel County.

(1) No sale may be made after 2 A. M. on Sunday of any
alcoholic beverages by the holder of a Class LT license.

(m) Nothing contained in Section 157 of Article 33 of the-
Annotated Code of Maryland (1939 Edition), shall be con-
strued as prohibiting the sale of alcoholic beverages in Anne
Arundel County on election days beginning one hour after the
polls are closed.

57B. Whenever in the judgment of the Board of License
Commissioners for Anne Arundel County it shall be necessary
for the preservation of the safety, health, and morals of the
community to prohibit women from being employed in or from
frequenting any licensed premises, it shall have power to
prohibit any woman from entering such premises, and shall
have power to restrict such place to a "Stag Bar", meaning a
place where men only are permitted to patronize or be em-
ployed therein.

60A. The provisions of Section 60 of this Article shall apply
to Anne Arundel County and in said County the Chairman of
the Board of License Commissioners shall receive annually as
salary not more than Eight Hundred Dollars ($800.00), said
sum to include all expenses incurred by him; each other mem-
ber of the Board shall receive annually as salaries not more
than Seven Hundred Fifty Dollars ($750.00), said sums to
include all expenses incurred by them.

61A. The inspector appointed for Anne Arundel County
shall have all the powers of a Peace Officer or a Constable or
Sheriff of the State of Maryland, and shall make oath to faith-
fully perform the duties entrusted to him, as provided in Ar-
ticle 1, Section 6' of the Constitution of the State of Maryland,
and he shall furnish bond in the penalty of Two Thousand
Dollars ($2,000) to the Board of License Commissioners of
Anne Arundel County and the Board of County Commissioners-
of Anne Arundel County jointly, conditioned "that said in-
spector shall well and faithfully execute the said office in all
things appertaining thereto-." The cost of said bond shall be
paid by the County Commissioners of Anne Arundel County.
The inspector for Anne Arundel County shall be known as the
"Liquor Inspector for Anne Arundel County."

63A. The provisions of Section 63 of this Article shall not
