3A. With the exception of wholesalers' licenses and steam-
boat and railroad licenses none of the classes of licenses enu-
merated in Section 3 of this Article shall apply to Anne
Arundel County, and in lieu thereof the following classes of
alcoholic beverage licenses and the annual fees therefor are
hereby established for Anne Arundel County:

(1). BEER LICENSES

Class BP, Off sale, package goods only........ f 60. 00

Class BC, On sale, clubs....................... 60. 00

Class BT, On sale generally, taverns, without
music or dancing or other similar entertain-
ment..................................... 75. 00

Class BTM, On sale generally, taverns, with
music, but without dancing or other similar
entertainment ............................. 100.00

Class BB, On sale generally, restaurants, with

music, dancing, other legal entertainment.... 150.00

(2) BEER AND LIGHT WINE LICENSES

Class WP, Off sale, package goods only.......... 75.00

Class WC, On sale, clubs....................... 75.00

Class WT, On sale, taverns, without music, danc-
ing, or other similar entertainment......... 90.00

Class WTM, On sale, taverns, with music, but
without dancing or other similar entertain-
ment ..................................... 115.00

Class WR, On sale generally, restaurants, with
music, dancing or other legal entertainment......... 165.00

(3) BEER, WINE AND LIQUOR LICENSES

Class LP, Off sale, package goods only......... 300.00

Class LC, On sale, clubs....................... 300.00

Class LT, On sale, generally, tavern six days, no
music, no dancing or other similar forms of
entertainment ............................. 600,00

Class LTM, On sale, generally, tavern seven days
with music, no dancing or other similar enter-
tainment .................................. 800.00

Class LR, On sale, generally, restaurant, with
music but no dancing or other similar enter-
tainment .................................. 800.00

Class LRD, On sale, generally, restaurant, with
music, dancing, other legal forms of entertain-
ment ..................................... 1,000.00

6B. (1) The provisions of Sub-sections A, B, C and D, in
each of Sections 4, 5 and 6 of this Article shall not apply to
Anne Arundel County.
