assessments shall be liens against the property affected until
paid.
The above enumeration of charges and assessments shall not
be construed as exclusive of other charges and assessments
not herein enumerated which may have been or may hereafter
be authorized and imposed, all of which shall be liens from
the time of their imposition as hereinabove provided; provided
that no charge due at or prior to the time of issuance of
a certificate shall be a lien against any property after the
issuance of a lien certificate respecting such property unless
such charge is shown thereon.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1943.

AN ACT to repeal Section 390C of Article 2 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Anne
Arundel County", sub-title "Liquor and Intoxicating Drinks",
as said section was enacted by Chapter 84 of the Acts of the
Special Session of 1933; to add six new sections to Article
2B of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1939 Edition), title
"Alcoholic Beverages", said new sections to be known re-
spectively, as Sections 3A, 6B, 57B, 60A, 61A and 63A and
to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sections 10A and
47 of said Article 2B of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1939 Edition), relating to the licensing, regulation and
control of the sale of alcoholic beverages in Anne Arundel
County.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 390C of Article 2 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Anne1 Arundel Coun-
ty", sub-title "Liquor and Intoxicating Drinks", as said section
was enacted by Chapter 84 of the Acts of the Special Session
of 1933, be and it is hereby repealed.
SEC. 2. And l)e it further enacted, That seven new sections
be and they are hereby added to Article 2B of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1939 Edition), title "Alcoholic Beverages",
said new sections to be known as Sections 3A, 6B, 57B, 60A,
61A and 63A, respectively, and to read as follows:
