Act, each and every day during which such act or omission
continues or is persisted in shall be deemed a separate mis-
demeanor.
BB. For the purposes of this Act, the word "road" or
"roads" means, relates to and includes, roads, highways, free-
ways, boulevards, parkways, streets, avenues, lanes, alleys, via-
ducts, bridges and all other ways or part or parts thereof; the
word "park" or "parks" means, relates to and includes parks,
playgrounds, playfields and all other recreational grounds and
spaces; the word "sub-division" means the division of a lot,
tract or parcel of land into two or more lots, plots, sites,
tracts, parcels or other divisions for the purpose, whether
immediate or future, of sale or building development, and
includes resubdivision and, when appropriate to the context,
relates to the process of subdividing or to the land or area
subdivided; provided that the definition of sub-division shall
not include a bona-fide division or partition of exclusively
agricultural land not for development purposes. The Com-
mission is authorized and directed to prepare and print with
suitable indexes and make available for public distribution
(a) from time to time one or more pamphlets setting forth
the provisions of law administered by the Commission and
all subdivisions, zoning, and other regulations adopted or en-
acted by the Commission or the District Councils, together
with such annotations and maps as the Commission deems
appropriate; and (b) annually a report setting forth in such
detail as the Commission deems appropriate the work of the
Commission for the year, including its land acquisitions,
financial transactions, personnel, litigation and disposition
of violations, and other data and information. The Commis-
sion is authorized to charge a fee for such publication suffi-
cient to cover in whole or in part the cost thereof.
CO. For the purpose of paying the current operating or
administrative expenses of the Commission, including the
cost of the development of the plan of the District or any
part of such plan and including the cost of the exercise of
the powers and functions granted by this Act to the Commis-
sion, there shall be levied annually, beginning with the next
annual levy, against all the assessable property within the
District by the County Commissioners of Montgomery and
Prince George's Counties respectively a tax of three cents
(3^) on each one hundred dollars. Each of said Boards of
County Commissioners is hereby directed in its next annual
levy and annually thereafter to levy said tax on all property
in its county within the District both real and personal, as-
sessed for county tax purposes, which taxes shall be levied
and collected as county taxes now are or may be hereafter
