known as Sections 865A, 865B, 865C, 865D, 865E? 865F, 865G,
865H and 865-1, to follow immediately after Section 865 of
said Article, and to read as follows:

865A. There is hereby annexed to the territory of the
Mayor and Common Council of Riverdale, hereinafter called
the town of Riverdale, all the adjacent and contiguous terri-
tory in Prince George's County described as follows:

Beginning at a point on the northern line of Jefferson Ave-
nue east of the northeastern branch of the Anacostia River
at a point where said northern line of Jefferson Avenue in-
tersects with the south-west corner of the property of Alice
H. Reed, as shown by deed recorded among the Land Records
of Prince George's County (Liber 401, folio 405), and follow-
ing the western line of said property to the point of its inter-
section with the south-western corner of Lot 12, Block 4, in
the subdivision known as Gretta Addition, Section 1 (P. 1,
folio 86), and following in a northeasterly direction the west-
ern line of said subdivision to the north-west corner of Lot
9, Block 8, of said subdivision, thence turning east and fol-
lowing the northern line of said subdivision to its intersection
with the western line of Edmondson Road, thence turning
south and following the western line of Edmondson Road
to the point of intersection thereon of the south side of the
road designated as Greenway Drive, as shown by the plat of
the subdivision known as "Springbrook Terrace" (P. 4, folio
. 56), thence turning west and following the irregular and
curving course of the said Greenway Drive to the point where
its northwestern terminus intersects the southern line of
Wilson's subdivision (P. A, folio 45), at the south-west
terminus of First Street of said subdivision, thence turning
west and following the southern line of Wilson's subdivision
to the south-west corner of the lot in said subdivision owned
by Franz J. and Rose I. Seiders (Liber 426, folio 199), being
a part of Lot 8, Block A of. said Wilson's subdivision, thence
turning in a northeasterly direction and following a straight
line coinciding with the rear or western line of the lots owned
by the said Seiders and Arthur W. and Daisy Helen Brume]
(Liber 423, folio 272), respectively, and extending to intersect
the southern line of Lot 19, Block A in said subdivision,
thence turning west along the southern line of Lot 19 Block
A of said subdivision to the point of its intersection with the
south-east corner of the property of L. T. Rhea (Liber 152.,
folio 207), thence following the southern line of said property
to its southwest corner, formed with the property of R. H.
Lewis, Jr., which was a part of Lot 3? Block A, of the said
Wilson's subdivision of East Riverdale (P. A, folio 45), thence
turning north and following the western line of the said L.
