with the provisions of this Act be and they are hereby re-
pealed to the extent of such inconsistencies.
SEC. 4. And be it farther enacted, That if any section, sub-
section or provision of this Act is held invalid for any reason,
such invalidity shall not in any way affect any other section,
sub-section or provision of this Act, and the remainder of this
Act shall continue in full force and effect as if such invalid
section, sub-section or provision had not been included.
SEC. 5. And be it further enacted? That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1943.

(House Bill 335)
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sub-
section (3) of Section 80 of Article 101 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1939 Edition), title "Workmen's Com-
pensation", sub-title "Miscellaneous", as said sub-section
was amended by Chapter 627 of the Acts of 1941, exempting
certain employers of cutters of pulp wood from the provi-
sions of the Workmen's Compensation Laws.

(House Bill 340)
AN ACT to amend Article 17, of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Prince George's
County", sub-title "Riverdale", by adding thereto new sec-
tions to be known as Sections 865A, 865B, 865C, 865D, 865E,
865F, 865G, 865H and 86'5-I to extend the limits of the
Mayor and Common Council of Riverdale, a municipal cor-
poration, by including therein a part of Prince George's
County contiguous thereto.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That new sections be and are hereby added to Article 17,
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
