Julia Muth, late of Baltimore County (which will is re-

de Sales in Baltimore County for the education of Yo>ung
Ladies, and of $500.00 to St. Agnes' Hospital of the City of
Baltimore.
42. To a deed and conveyance from Washington Mis-
sionary College to the Potomac Conference Corporation of
Seventh-day Adventists to a parcel of ground abutting
Flower Avenue, in Takoma Park, Montgomery County,
Maryland, as described in a deed bearing date December
5, 1941, and recorded among the Land Records of said Mont-
gomery County, in Liber 860, at folio 319, January 2, 1942.
43. To a deed and conveyance from the Potomac Con-
ference Corporation of Seventh-day Adventists to the Wash-
ington Missionary College, to a parcel of ground abutting
Flower Avenue, in Takoma Park, Montgomery County,
Maryland, as described in a deed bearing date December 23,
1941, and recorded among the Land Records of said Mont-
gomery County, in Liber 860, at folio 317, January 2, 1942.
44. To the bequest to the Trustees of the Eutaw Place
Baptist Church, a body corporate, contained in the Last
Will and Testament of Ida May Carrick, deceased, late of
