48. To a deed dated April 29, 1942, from Wilbur R.
Leitch and Jessie W. Leitch, his wife, to the Trustees of the
Grace Baptist Church of Baltimore City, a body corporate,
conveying the parcel of land as described in said deed, and
recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City in
Liber M. L. P., No. 6307, Folio 97.

49. To a deed dated April 29, 1942, from Winfield H.
Keho and Elizabeth H. Keho, his wife, to the Trustees of the
Grace Baptist Church of Baltimore City, a body corporate,
conveying the parcel of land described in said deed, and
recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City in
Liber M. L. P., No. 6307, Folio 97.

50. To a deed dated May 17, 1942, from the Baltimore
Baptist Church Extension Society to the Trustees of the
Grace Baptist Church of Baltimore, Maryland, a body cor-
porate, conveying the two parcels of land as described in
said deed, and recorded among the Land Records of Balti-
more City in Liber M. L. P., No. 6313, Folio 367, etc.

51. To the bequest to two charitable institutions under
the Will of Margaret Robertson and recorded among the
Records of the Orphans' Court of Baltimore City in Liber
