Records of Baltimore City in Liber 5952, Folio 541, for
property 2017 West Baltimore Street.

26. To deed from Leonard G. Brown and Wife dated
the 26th day of February, 1943, and recorded among the
Land Records of Baltimore City, conveying the lease-hold
property known as 3552 Elmley Avenue, in the City of Bal-
timore, to St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church in the City of
Baltimore, a body corporate, incorporated under the laws of
the State of Maryland.

27. To deed from Marie C. Mclntyre, Baltimore City, to
the Trustees of the Messiah English Lutheran Church of
Baltimore City, a body corporate, under and by virtue of the
laws of the State of Maryland, dated March 7, 1941, and
recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City, in
Liber M. L. P., No. 6136-246, in fee simple.

28. To devise in the Last Will and Testament and Codi-
cils of Ruth A. Cahall, late of Kent County, deceased, of
record in the office of the Register of Wills of Kent County
in Wills Liber F. W. W., No. 1, Folio 108, viz:

Trustees of Methodist Episcopal Church in Chestertown
(now First Methodist Church of Chestertown), consisting
of lot of land, 30 feet by 90 feet, with improvements, at the
Southwest corner of High and Queen Streets in Chester-
town, Maryland.

29. To bequests from Annie E. Taylor, Queen Anne's
County, the Will being recorded May 6, 1942 in the Office
of the Register of Wills of Queen Anne's County, viz:

(a) $50.00 to Methodist Church, South at Church
Hill.

(b) $50.00 to Methodist Church, North at Church
Hill.

30. To assignment dated June 18, 1934, from the Evan-
gelical Lutheran Association of the Augsburg Home for
Orphans and Aged of Baltimore City, recorded among the
Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. G. L. No. 5455,
folio 155, etc., to James Smith and Helen Smith, his wife,
concerning the property 1327 Ramsay Street.

31. To assignment dated January 19, 1933, from Wil-
bert L. Amos and Eva Amos, his wife, to the Evangelical
