Westminster Cemetery Company, a body corporate, West-
minster, Maryland, contained in the Last Will and Testa-
ment of Mary E. Richter, deceased, probated in the Orphans'
Court of Carroll County, November 2nd, 1942, and of record
in the office of the Register of Wills for said County, in
Liber H. G. B. No. 15, Folio 346, etc., for the purpose in
said Will stated.

22. To the bequest of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00),
to the Trustees of the Pipe Creek Cemetery of the Church
of the Brethren, contained in the Last Will and Testament
of G. Ernest Senseney, deceased, probated in the Orphans'
Court of Carroll County, December 15th, 1942, and of rec-
ord in the office of the Register of Wills for said County,
in Liber H. G. B. No. 15, folio 352, etc., for the purpose
in said will stated.

23. To a deed from Fred W. Seiler and Lilian Seiler, his
wife to The Salvation Army, a body corporate of New York
dated April 16, 1924, and recorded among the Land Records
of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. 4179, Folio 263, to prop-
erty 4737 Reisterstown Road.

24. To a deed from the Salvation Army of New York,
a body corporate to the Salvation Army of the State of
Georgia, a body corporate dated June 28, 1927 and recorded
