Aged, San Mar, Maryland, the sum of One Thousand Dol-
lars ($1,000.00), and property appraised at the sum of
One Thousand Dollars;

(b) Unto the Trustees of the Pipe Creek Ceme-
tery of the Church of the Brethren in Carroll County, Mary-
land, the sum of Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250.00) for
the purpose in said Will stated;

(c) Unto the Trustees of Beaver Dam Cemetery
of the Church of the Brethren in Frederick County, Mary-
land, the sum of Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250.00), for
the purpose in said Will stated.

18. To bequest contained in the Last Will and Testa-
ment of J. Frank Switzer, deceased, and probated in the
Orphans' Court of Carroll County, October 14th, 1941, and
of record in the office of the Register of Wills for said
County in Liber H. G. B. No. 15, folio 262, etc., unto Sny-
dersburg Reformed Church, Snydersburg, Carroll County,
Maryland, the sum of Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00).

19. To bequest contained in the Last Will and Testa-
ment of Rosa A. Diller, deceased, probated in the Orphans'
Court of Carroll County, April 13th, 1942, and of record in
the office of the Register of Wills for said County, in Liber
H. G. B. No. 15, folio 298, etc., unto the Cemetery Commit-
tee of the Church of the Brethren located at Rocky Ridge,
Frederick County, Maryland, the sum of One Hundred Dol-
lars ($100.00) for the purpose in said will stated.

20. To bequests contained in the Last Will and Testa-
ment of Jesse P. Garner, deceased, probated in the Orphans'
Court of Carroll County, July 13th, 1942, and recorded in
the office of the Register of Wills of said County, in Liber
H. G. B. No. 15, folio 320, etc.;

Uniontown, Carroll County, Maryland, the sum of Five
Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) ;
