CHAPTER 918.
(Senate Bill 556)

AN ACT to repeal Section 193 of Article 17 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Prince George's County", sub-title "Cemeteries", said
section requiring a permit from the County Commis-
sioners for maintenance of Cemeteries in Prince George's
County.

WHEREAS, This section was held invalid by the Circuit
Court of Prince George's County in 1930 and no appeal
having been taken, the section would seem no longer to be
applicable; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 193 of Article 17 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Prince George's
County", sub-title "Cemeteries", be and it is hereby re-
pealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1943.

Approved April 30, 1943.

CHAPTER 919.
(Senate Bill 557)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 15-18, inclusive, of Article 17
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930
Edition1), title "Prince George's County", sub-title "Auc-
tioneers", said sections relating to licenses for Auction-
eers in Prince George's County.

WHEREAS', the provisions of these sections appear to be
no longer applicable; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 15-18, inclusive, of Article 17 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Prince George's County", sub-title "Auctioneers", be and
they are hereby repealed.
