1586 • LAWS OF MARYLAND. [CH. 915

CHAPTER 914.
(Senate Bill 551)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 19 to 21, inclusive, of Article
20 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930
Edition), title "Somerset County", sub-title "Bridges",
sub-heading "Pocomoke Bridge", said Sections authoriz-
ing the County Commissioners of Somerset County to
purchase a bridge from the Pocomoke Bridge Company.

WHEREAS, The provisions of these Sections are no longer
applicable; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections' 19 to 21, inclusive, of Article 20 of. the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Somerset County", sub-title "Bridges", sub-heading "Po-
comoke Bridge", be and they are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1943.

Approved April 30, 1943.

CHAPTER 915.
(Senate Bill 552)

AN ACT to repeal Section 22 of Article 20 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
Somerset County", sub-title "Bridges", sub-heading
"King's Creek Bridge", said Section authorizing the
County Commissioners to build a bridge over King's
Creek.

WHEREAS, The provisions of this Section are no longer
applicable; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 22 of Article 20 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Somerset County",
sub-title "Bridges", sub-heading "King's Creek Bridge",
be and it is hereby repealed..

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1943.
