Whereas, the provisions of this section have been super-
seded by the general laws of the State as to legal notices,
therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 212 of Article 9 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Charles County",
sub-title "Notices—Legal", be and it is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted. That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1943.

CHAPTER 907.
(Senate Bill 541)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 112-114, inclusive, of Article 9
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930
Edition), title "Charles County", sub-title "Hucksters",
said sections prohibiting anyone, except residents of
Charles County, from purchasing, for sale, any hogs or
poultry within the County.

Whereas, the provisions of these sections are no longer
desirable or applicable; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 112-114, inclusive, of Article 9 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Charles County", sub-title "Hucksters", be and they are
hereby repealed. ;

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1943.
