1550 LAWS OF MARYLAND. [CH. 906

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 213 and 214 of Article 9 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Charles
County", sub-title "Officers' Fees", be and they are hereby
repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1943.

Approved May 4, 1943.

CHAPTER 905.
(Senate Bill 539)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 152-161, inclusive, of Article 9
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edi-
tion), title "Charles County", sub-title "Justices of the
Peace and Constables", said sections relating to the Jus-
tices of the Peace and Constables for the several Election
Districts and to the jurisdiction of said Justices.

Whereas, the general laws of the State relating to Jus-
tices of the Peace, and particularly to Trial Magistrates,
have superseded the provisions of these sections; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 152-161, inclusive, of Article 9 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Charles County", sub-title "Justices of the Peace and Con-
stables", be and they are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1943.

Approved April 30, 1943.

CHAPTER 906.
(Senate Bill 540)

AN ACT to repeal Section 212 of Article 9 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Charles County", sub-title "Notices—Legal", said sec-
tion relating to certain notices to be given in the news-
papers by executors, trustees, etc.
