"Calvert County", sub-title "Fireworks", said section
making it unlawful to set off fireworks in Calvert County
near a store or post office.

WHEREAS, There is a state-wide law prohibiting the set-
ting off of fireworks in the State, thereby making this sec-
tion unnecessary; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 150 of Article 5 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Calvert County",
sub-title "Fireworks", be and it is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
' take effect June 1, 1943.

AN ACT to repeal Sections 65 and 66 of Articled of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
title "Calvert County", sub-title "Cider", said sections
making it unlawful to sell cider in Calvert County.

WHEREAS, The provisions of these sections are unneces-
sary; therefore

SECTION!. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 65 and 66 of Article 5 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Calvert
County", sub-title "Cider", be and they are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1943.
