1546 LAWS OF MARYLAND. [CH. 899

"Calvert County", sub-title "Elections", said section re-
lating to the taking of the oath by judges and clerks of
elections in Talbot and Calvert Counties.

WHEREAS, The general election laws have superseded the
provisions of this section; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 143 of Article 5 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Calvert County",
sub-title "Elections", be and it is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1943.

Approved April 30, 1943.

CHAPTER 898.
(Senate Bill 532)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 300 and 301 of Article 5 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
title "Calvert County", sub-title "Swine in Lower Marl-
borough", making it unlawful to permit swine to go at
large in Lower Marlborough.

WHEREAS, The provisions of these sections are no longer
necessary; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 300 and 301 of Article 5 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Cal-
vert County", sub-title "Swine in Lower Marlborough", be
and they are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1943.

Approved April 30^ 1943.
