CHAPTER 894.
(Senate Bill 524)

AN ACT to repeal Section 41F of Article 21 of the Code 01
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Talbot County, " sub-title "Bridges, " sub-title "Miles
River Bridge, " said section relating to the management
of the Miles River Bridge.

Whereas, the provisions of this section seem to be no
longer applicable; therefore

SECTION 1. Be It enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 41F of Article 21 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Talbot County, "
sub-title "Bridges, " sub-title "Miles River Bridge, " be and
it is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1943.

Approved April 30, 1943.

CHAPTER 895.
(Senate Bill 526)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 612-614, inclusive, of Article
16 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland and
Montgomery County Code (1939 Edition), title "Mont-
gomery County, " sub-title "Lime, " relating to the bushel
measure of lime.

Whereas, the provisions of these sections are no longer
necessary or applicable; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 612-614, inclusive, of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland and Montgomery County Code
(1939 Edition), title "Montgomery County, " sub-title
"Lime, " be and they are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1943.

Approved April 30, 1943.
