Talbot County and the town of Oxford to construct a
drawbridge across the creek in the town of Oxford.

Whereas, the provisions of these sections seem to be no
longer applicable; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 41B and 41C of Article 21 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Tal-
bot County, " sub-title "Bridges, " sub-heading "Bridge at
Oxford, " be and they are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1943.

Approved April 30, 1943.

CHAPTER 893.
(Senate Bill 523)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 41D and 41E of Article 21 of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edi-
tion), title "Talbot County, " sub-title "Bridges, " sub-
heading "Rolle's Creek Bridge, " authorizing the County
Commissioners to construct a bridge across Rollers Creek
in Talbot County.

Whereas, the provisions of these sections seem to be no
longer applicable; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland.
That Sections 41D and 41E of Article 21 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Tal-
