heading "Bridge at Gilpin's Point, " said sections relating
to the board to manage the bridge at Gilpin's Point.

Whereas, the provisions of these sections seem to be no
longer applicable; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 30 to 35, inclusive, of Article 21 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Talbot County, " sub-title "Bridges, " sub-heading "Bridge
at Gilpin's Point, " be and they are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1943.

Approved April 30? 1943.

CHAPTER 891.
(Senate Bill 521)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 36 to 41A of Article 21 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
title "Talbot County, " sub-title "Bridges, " sub-heading
"Tuckahoe Bridge, " said sections relating to the con-
struction and maintenance of the Tuckahoe Bridge.

Whereas, the provisions of these sections seem to be no
longer applicable; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 36 to 41-A, of Article 21 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Tal-
bot County, " sub-title "Bridges", sub-heading "Tuckahoe
Bridge, " be and they are hereby repealed.
