sections relating to the appointment of tax collectors for
the several election districts in Talbot County.

Whereas, the State-wide law relating to tax collectors
seems to make the provisions of these sections unnecessary;
therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 517-519 of Article 21 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Talbot
County, " sub-title "Tax Collectors, " be and they are hereby
repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1943.

AN ACT to repeal Sections 26 to 29, inclusive, of Article 21
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930
Edition), title "Talbot County, " sub-title "Bridges, " sub-
heading "Dover Bridge", said sections relating to the
regulations governing the use of the Dover Bridge.

Whereas, the provisions of these sections seem to be no
longer applicable; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 26 to 29, inclusive, of Article 21 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Talbot County, " sub-title "Bridges, " sub-heading "Dover
Bridge, " be and they are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1943.
