1540 LAWS OF MARYLAND. [CH. 888

title "Talbot County, " sub-title "Saw Mills, " said sections
relating to the licensing of saw mills in Talbot County.

Whereas, the provisions of these sections seem no longer
to be necessary; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 496-498 of Article 21 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Talbot
County, " sub-title "Saw Mills, " be and they are hereby
repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1943.

Approved April 30, 1943.

CHAPTER 887.
(Senate Bill 516)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 510-516 of Article 21 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
title "Talbot County, " sub-title "Swine, " said sections
relating to swine running at large in the Fifth Election
District of Talbot County.

Whereas, the provisions of this section are no longer
necessary; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
that Sections 510-516 of Article 21 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Talbot
County, " sub-title "Swine, " be and they are hereby re-
pealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1943.

Approved April 30, 1943.
